Completed sports hall flooring replacement for PBL Group in Central London. Our team removed the existing floor covering, prepared and smoothed the subfloor, and installed Polyflor Sport 67 in Blue. Installation team: Robert Taylor, Daniel Cooper, Rares Adrian Mateiciuc, Barrie Aylett, Wayne Dawson and Jordan Cooper.

Asked by our client Qualis property solutions to replace the pipe work here to the existing trap, as water wasn’t pumping away correctly. On removal we had found the issue, which was a split waste, changed pipe work and installed a new AKW pumped trap/waste - installed new Altro Aquarius flooring, installed new AKW shower curtains and rail - resident very happy

To uplift the failed timber sub floor to 2 x cubicles to include areas within the main area directly out side the 1st and 2nd cubicles. To supply and fit new 18mm marine ply and joists as required and reinstate toilet pans. To uplift remaining wood plank LVT and prepare and prime apply 2 x coats of latex smoothing compound to the sub floor and allow to fully dry. To apply acrylic based flooring adhesive, supply and install new oak wood plank vinyl to the complete area 4.00 x 3.00 approx and seal perimeters
