Wet room floor and pipe work renewal Qualis

Parsonage Court - Loughton
Asked by our client Qualis property solutions to replace the pipe work here to the existing trap, as water wasn’t pumping away correctly. On removal we had found the issue, which was a split waste, changed pipe work and installed a new AKW pumped trap/waste - installed new Altro Aquarius flooring, installed new AKW shower curtains and rail - resident very happy

Fantastic work as always from Paul and the team at PW Flooring & Maintenance Services! We asked them to resolve a shower drainage problem for us at Qualis Property Solutions. They identified a split waste, replaced the pipework and installed a new AKW pumped trap, along with Altro Aquarius flooring and new AKW shower curtains and rail. The resident was very happy with the finished result. Another excellent job from Paul and the team. Thank you for your continued hard work!
