To uplift the failed timber sub floor to 2 x cubicles to include areas within the main area directly out side the 1st
and 2nd cubicles.
To supply and fit new 18mm marine ply and joists as required and reinstate toilet pans.
To uplift remaining wood plank LVT and prepare and prime apply 2 x coats of latex smoothing compound to the
sub floor and allow to fully dry.
To apply acrylic based flooring adhesive, supply and install new oak wood plank vinyl to the complete area 4.00 x 3.00 approx and seal perimeters
